Board of Trustees and Executive Committee:

The Board of Trustees is responsible for staff support, fiscal management and logistical operation. It meets monthly and makes decisions by consensus with financial issues being confirmed by vote. Board members are elected at the annual meeting. Past members and people of the community provide expertise and assistance on special projects. Strategic planning and a review session are held each summer. Successful strategies used by other choirs and arts groups are considered along with a review of the past year. Time lines and goals for the new year are set.
